1. Cancellation & Refunds Policy

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to departure are non-refundable.

• If the skipper cancels due to unsafe weather or unforeseen risks, guests may choose to reschedule or receive a refund (minus deposit).

• Refunds are not available for seasickness, late arrivals, or no-shows.
