1. CATCH 22 SA Charter Capacity & Bookings

• Minimum 6 paying passengers required to proceed.

• Maximum 10 passengers per trip.

• 30% non-refundable deposit required to secure booking.

• Full payment due 48 hours before departure.

• No EFTPOS available — payment must be completed before charter day.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable.

• If skipper cancels due to unsafe weather or unforeseen risks, guests may reschedule or receive a refund (minus deposit).

• No refunds for seasickness, late arrivals, or no-shows.

3. Age Requirements

• Children 7+ years for fishing charters.

• Private Charter Cruises - Children under the age of 7 are welcome, however a tailored package may be required to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers. Please contact us well in advance to discuss any special requirements for younger children so we can make suitable arrangements and ensure all your needs are catered to.

4. Alcohol Policy

• BYO alcohol permitted, must be consumed responsibly.

• Skipper may terminate charter early for unsafe or intoxicated behaviour.

5. Acknowledgement of Risk & Waiver of Liability

I understand and accept that participating in a marine charter involves potential risks, including but not limited to:

• Slips, trips, or falls on deck or during boarding/disembarking.

• Exposure to weather, sea conditions, and marine wildlife.

• Motion sickness.

• Equipment-related injuries.

• Sudden vessel movement due to waves or weather.I voluntarily assume all risks and waive any claim against Catch 22 SA Charters, its owners, operators, and crew for injury, loss, or damage.

6. Medical Conditions

I confirm I am physically capable of participating and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions. Catch 22 SA Charters is not liable for any pre-existing issues or illnesses (including seasickness).

7. Photo & Video Release

I give permission for photos/video during the charter to be used for promotional purposes (including website, social media, marketing) without compensation.

• NO jumping off the boat at any time

• Follow all skipper and crew instructions

• Wear safety gear when instructed

• Drink responsibly – intoxicated behaviour will not be tolerated

• Supervise children at all times

• No glass containers

• Respect fellow passengers, crew, and equipment

• Dispose of rubbish in designated bins
